As a Finance Lecturer for AI Training, you'll be instrumental in shaping the foundational knowledge that powers next-generation financial models and advisory systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive curriculum modules and training data covering core finance topics from undergraduate to advanced graduate levels (e.g., corporate finance, derivatives, econometrics).
Craft detailed explanations, examples, and problem sets for AI models to learn nuanced financial theories and applications.
Review and refine AI-generated explanations for accuracy, pedagogical soundness, and adherence to established financial principles.
Provide structured feedback on AI's ability to interpret and explain financial statements, valuation models, and market dynamics.
Design assessment questions and scenarios to test AI's understanding of financial concepts and its ability to apply them in varied contexts.
Stay abreast of academic developments in finance to ensure training content remains current and cutting-edge.
Ideal Qualifications
PhD or MBA in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum 3 years of university-level teaching experience in finance (adjunct or full-time).
Proficiency in financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, Python with Pandas/NumPy, R).
Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and corporate finance principles.
Experience with curriculum development or instructional design is a plus.
