Apply your specialist experience in family medicine to paid AI training and evaluation work at IXO. The role focuses on whether a response interprets the supplied facts carefully, uses the right professional concepts and explains how it reaches its conclusion.
Responsibilities
• Write realistic training examples concerning initial assessment of undifferentiated symptoms, making the relevant facts and assumptions explicit.
• Review responses involving chronic disease management, coordination between specialties, care across childhood and adult life.
• Identify missing context, unsupported inferences and errors in clinical reasoning, then provide a specific correction.
• Prepare reference explanations and review notes that another specialist can assess consistently.
Experience and expertise
Bring substantive professional expertise in family medicine and the ability to explain difficult judgments clearly in writing. Describe the areas you know in depth and the experience that supports that expertise. You should be comfortable distinguishing an established conclusion from a question that needs more evidence. Work will be aligned with your demonstrated specialty and relevant jurisdiction or practice context.
Working arrangements and pay
The work is remote. IXO agrees the expected outputs, start date, weekly availability and duration before you accept an assignment. Eligible locations: USA, UK, Canada, Australia. Compensation is $95 • $170/hr USD. The agreed rate and delivery expectations will be confirmed before work begins.
