Family Law Evaluation
Job Description
Develop family-law cases and evaluate documents, legal research and model reasoning. Examine matters such as divorce, custody, support and relationship agreements, identify procedural or substantive errors and explain the facts and authority needed for a defensible answer.
Practice scope
The specialist review track requires current AAML registration or enrollment. The general family-law route covers professional legal reasoning without an AAML membership requirement.
Professional background
The general preferred profile draws on family-law practice in a leading firm, with strong research, drafting and case-analysis skills. You should explain nuanced family-law questions, review complex materials accurately and organize several outputs through remote collaboration tools. Technology-related work is useful. The specialist family-law review route additionally requires current AAML registration or enrollment; that membership condition does not apply to the broader reasoning route.
Working arrangements
This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.
Pay
$150 • $410/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
