Job Description
The foundation of effective AI communication lies in its mastery of language. As an English Writing Generalist, you will be crucial in shaping AI's understanding of everyday language, common knowledge, and diverse writing styles, ensuring it can generate natural, coherent, and grammatically impeccable English content.
Key Responsibilities
Create original English text across a broad spectrum of topics, from simple explanations to short narratives and informational pieces.
Evaluate AI-generated responses for grammatical correctness, clarity, coherence, and natural language flow.
Provide detailed feedback and corrections to improve AI's understanding of syntax, semantics, and idiomatic expressions.
Develop training data that covers a wide range of common scenarios, questions, and writing tasks.
Identify and address instances where AI outputs are awkward, illogical, or demonstrate a lack of common sense.
Adhere to specific style guides and linguistic standards provided for each project.
Ideal Qualifications
Native-level fluency in English with an exceptional grasp of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Proven writing experience in various contexts (e.g., content creation, blogging, customer service, academic writing).
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to identify subtle linguistic errors or awkward phrasing.
Broad general knowledge across diverse subjects.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply complex linguistic rules consistently.
Experience with linguistic evaluation or data quality is a plus.
