As an Advanced English Writing Generalist, you will impart sophisticated linguistic understanding to AI, enabling it to produce content that is not only correct but also persuasive, insightful, and intellectually rigorous.
Key Responsibilities
Create complex English content requiring advanced rhetorical strategies, nuanced argumentation, and sophisticated vocabulary.
Evaluate AI-generated academic papers, essays, and analytical reports for logical coherence, depth of analysis, and stylistic excellence.
Provide expert feedback on AI's ability to construct compelling arguments, use appropriate evidence, and maintain an academic tone.
Develop training data that explores advanced linguistic concepts, including logical fallacies, literary devices, and complex sentence structures.
Refine AI outputs to ensure they demonstrate a nuanced understanding of context, audience, and purpose in advanced writing tasks.
Evaluate and correct AI responses that lack intellectual rigor, exhibit shallow reasoning, or misuse complex terminology.
Ideal Qualifications
Master's degree or Ph.D. in English, Linguistics, Philosophy, or a humanities field requiring extensive writing.
3• years of experience in academic writing, scholarly editing, or professional content creation with a focus on advanced discourse.
Exceptional command of rhetorical theory, logical argumentation, and various academic citation styles (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago).
Proven ability to analyze and produce highly complex, nuanced, and persuasive written content.
Deep understanding of linguistic principles and the subtle ways language conveys meaning and intent.
Experience in teaching writing or providing detailed feedback on advanced academic texts is a strong asset.
