Job Description
Create advanced engineering problems and evaluate solutions using practical design and analytical judgment.
What you will do
• Write and review problems in your area, including aerodynamics, materials, CAD/mechanical design, circuits or mechanical engineering.
• Assess technical answers for correctness and engineering relevance.
• Examine real design, analysis and failure cases as well as theoretical questions.
• Identify ambiguous conditions and propose clear revisions.
• Explain reasoning and corrections in structured written and verbal feedback.
Required background
• Professional English and the ability to communicate technical reasoning clearly.
Preferred background
• A relevant MS/PhD or substantial industry experience: 8• years for aerodynamics, circuits or mechanical engineering, or 5• years for CAD/mechanical design.
• At least five years of hands-on work in the relevant technical domain.
• Problem-authoring experience through exam/olympiad committees, qualifying exams, standards or technical competitions.
• Recognized publications, patents, awards, competition results or committee service.
• Relevant CAD, CFD/FEA, EDA or laboratory-tool knowledge.
• Independent remote delivery.
