Job Description
The dynamic landscape of employment law demands precise and current legal guidance, making expert-validated AI tools essential. Your deep understanding of labor laws, workplace regulations, and HR compliance will be critical in creating high-quality training data, ensuring AI systems can accurately advise on complex employee relations, discrimination issues, and benefits. This role is vital for developing AI that supports fair and compliant workplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Create comprehensive training data sets covering federal and state labor laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and state-specific regulations.
Develop scenarios and examples related to hiring, termination, wage and hour disputes, workplace harassment, and employee benefits.
Review and validate AI-generated advice, policies, and analyses concerning employment law for accuracy and compliance.
Evaluate employment contracts, HR policies, and regulatory guidance with precise legal terminology and contextual insights.
Provide expert feedback on AI's ability to interpret complex employment statutes, identify relevant precedents, and apply labor law principles correctly.
Ideal Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Minimum of 4• years of experience specializing in employment and labor law, representing either employers or employees.
Deep expertise in federal and state employment statutes, regulations, and relevant case law.
Proven experience in advising on HR policies, conducting workplace investigations, or litigating employment disputes.
Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate complex factual patterns and apply nuanced legal principles.
Strong written communication skills to create clear, accurate, and detailed training materials.
