As an Email Communication Specialist, you will guide AI in mastering the art of crafting compelling, contextually appropriate, and grammatically flawless emails for a myriad of purposes, from customer service to marketing and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
Create diverse training data for AI, including examples of professional emails, marketing campaigns, customer support responses, and internal memos.
Evaluate AI-generated email content for tone, clarity, conciseness, grammatical accuracy, and adherence to specific communication goals.
Provide expert feedback on AI's ability to tailor email content to different audiences, industries, and scenarios.
Develop guidelines and rubrics for AI to understand email etiquette, subject line optimization, and call-to-action effectiveness.
Identify and correct instances where AI emails are generic, inappropriate, or fail to achieve their intended purpose.
Contribute to the refinement of AI's understanding of email marketing best practices, personalization, and deliverability.
Ideal Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
3• years of professional experience in email marketing, corporate communications, content writing, or customer support.
Exceptional written communication skills with a deep understanding of email best practices and etiquette.
Proven ability to write clear, persuasive, and error-free copy for various audiences.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) or CRM systems is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of email content and suggest improvements.
