For AI to truly optimize logistics and trade, it needs to master the intricacies of EDI standards and strategic integration. Your expertise will be critical for AI's supply chain intelligence.
As an EDI Market & Strategy Analyst, you will be evaluating AI's understanding of critical supply chain processes and data exchange. Your insights will directly train AI to interpret EDI messages, optimize integration strategies, and analyze market trends within complex B2B ecosystems, driving efficiency across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated analyses of EDI transaction sets (e.g., 850 Purchase Order, 810 Invoice, 856 Ship Notice) for accuracy and compliance.
Assess AI's recommendations for optimizing EDI workflows, partner onboarding, and data mapping strategies.
Critique AI's understanding of supply chain integration challenges and solutions, including API and legacy system interoperability.
Provide detailed feedback on AI's ability to analyze market trends impacting EDI adoption and supply chain digitization.
Develop and evaluate real-world EDI implementation scenarios and strategic decisions for AI training.
Benchmark AI outputs against industry standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and best practices in supply chain management.
Ideal Qualifications
5• years of experience as an EDI Analyst, Supply Chain Consultant, or Integration Specialist.
Deep expertise in various EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and their practical application.
Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and B2B integration processes.
Proficiency with EDI mapping tools, integration platforms, and communication protocols (e.g., AS2, SFTP).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data flows and strategic implications.
Experience in market analysis or strategic planning related to supply chain technology is a strong plus.
