Job Description
In an era defined by data, safeguarding sensitive information is paramount. As a Data Security & DLP Analyst, you will be instrumental in teaching AI the intricacies of data protection, enabling it to assist organizations in preventing breaches and maintaining compliance through intelligent data governance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive training datasets covering Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, rules, and incident response scenarios.
Create detailed content on various encryption techniques (e.g., AES-256, RSA, homomorphic encryption) and their applications.
Generate realistic examples of data classification frameworks (e.g., Public, Internal, Confidential, Restricted) and their implementation.
Formulate questions and evaluate AI's ability to recommend appropriate data security controls for different data types and environments.
Provide expert insights into secure data lifecycle management, from creation to archival and destruction.
Review AI-generated explanations of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and their impact on data security strategies.
Ideal Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in data security, DLP implementation, or information governance.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CDPSE are highly desirable.
Proficiency with leading DLP solutions (e.g., Symantec DLP, Microsoft Purview, Forcepoint).
Strong understanding of encryption standards, key management, and secure data storage practices.
Experience with data classification tools and methodologies.
Deep knowledge of data privacy regulations and their technical implications.
