Job Description
Data is the new oil, but only if it's refined into actionable insights. For AI to truly empower decision-makers, it needs to master the art and science of data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence. Your analytical prowess will be the engine of AI's insight generation.
As a Data Analyst contributing to our AI training, you'll be instrumental in teaching AI to extract meaning from complex datasets. You'll create and evaluate training data on statistical methods, data visualization best practices, and BI reporting, transforming AI into a sophisticated analytical partner.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate datasets with explanations of statistical methods, data cleaning processes, and feature engineering techniques.
Evaluate AI-generated data analyses, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and potential biases in its interpretations.
Create examples of effective data visualizations (e.g., dashboards, charts, graphs) and critique AI's attempts at visual storytelling.
Provide detailed feedback on AI's ability to identify trends, outliers, and correlations within raw data.
Develop structured training data for specific business intelligence use cases, such as sales forecasting or customer segmentation.
Assess AI's capacity to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Ideal Qualifications
3• years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Data Scientist.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language for data analysis (Python with Pandas/NumPy or R).
Expertise with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and dashboard design.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data modeling.
Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights clearly.
Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake) is a plus.
