To truly connect with Danish speakers, AI needs more than just literal translation; it requires a deep understanding of the language's unique phonology, grammar, and cultural nuances. As a Danish Language Expert, you will be instrumental in refining AI-generated content, ensuring it is accurate, naturally fluent, and culturally appropriate, reflecting the authentic voice of Denmark.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated Danish content for grammatical accuracy, correct word order, and natural sentence flow.
Refine translations and text generation, ensuring idiomatic expressions and cultural nuances are accurately conveyed.
Provide detailed feedback on AI's understanding of Danish verb conjugations, noun declensions, and definite/indefinite articles.
Evaluate linguistic data, focusing on register (formal/informal), politeness conventions, and common Danish discourse markers.
Identify and correct errors in AI's handling of Danish semantics, pragmatics, and common phrases.
Contribute examples of authentic, high-quality Danish usage to enhance AI's generative capabilities.
Ideal Qualifications
Native or near-native fluency in Danish (C2 level CEFR).
Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Scandinavian Studies, Translation, or a related field is preferred.
Deep understanding of Danish grammar, orthography, and cultural communication norms.
Proven experience in translation, editing, or content creation in Danish.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to provide clear, constructive linguistic feedback.
Familiarity with linguistic quality assurance standards or style guides is a plus.
