As a Cybersecurity Expert (OSCP), you'll be at the vanguard, imbuing AI with the offensive mindset needed to understand and defend against sophisticated threats, directly contributing to the next generation of robust AI security tools.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive training datasets focused on advanced penetration testing methodologies and techniques.
Create realistic scenarios for vulnerability assessment, including identifying common CVEs and zero-day exploits.
Generate detailed step-by-step guides for exploiting various systems (e.g., Windows AD, Linux, web applications) and escalating privileges.
Evaluate AI's ability to generate accurate and actionable penetration test reports, including findings, impact, and remediation steps.
Provide expert feedback on AI's understanding of attack vectors, lateral movement, and persistence mechanisms.
Craft adversarial prompts to test AI's knowledge of red teaming tactics, social engineering, and evasion techniques.
Ideal Qualifications
OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) certification is mandatory.
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or exploit development.
Proficiency with tools such as Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark, Burp Suite, and various Linux distributions (e.g., Kali Linux).
Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating system internals, and common web application vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10).
Experience with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and exploit crafting.
Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts and attack chains.
