Key Responsibilities
Rigorously evaluate AI-edited photographs for color accuracy, white balance, and exposure consistency.
Assess the natural appearance of AI-applied adjustments, ensuring skin tones, textures, and lighting remain realistic.
Identify and categorize common artifacts, haloing, unnatural sharpening, or cloning errors in AI outputs.
Provide detailed, pixel-level feedback on selective adjustments, masking quality, and retouching efficacy.
Analyze AI's ability to enhance images while preserving original detail and avoiding destructive edits.
Contribute to the development of comprehensive quality metrics for automated photo editing.
Ideal Qualifications
5• years of professional experience in photo editing, retouching, or post-production.
Expert proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, or Affinity Photo.
Deep understanding of color theory, exposure, contrast, and image manipulation techniques.
Exceptional attention to detail and a critical eye for subtle visual imperfections.
Experience with various photography genres (e.g., portrait, landscape, product) is a plus.
Ability to clearly articulate technical feedback and identify root causes of AI editing errors.
