Effective corporate finance is the backbone of any successful enterprise, guiding strategic decisions and ensuring long-term viability. As a Corporate Finance Expert, you will be vital in refining AI's understanding of capital budgeting, financial planning, and treasury management, transforming it into an intelligent advisor for businesses navigating complex financial landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated analyses of capital budgeting decisions, including NPV, IRR, and payback period calculations for investment projects.
Assess AI's comprehension of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Provide expert feedback on AI outputs related to treasury management, cash flow optimization, and working capital strategies.
Identify and correct factual inaccuracies or strategic misinterpretations in AI's understanding of capital structure, cost of capital, and dividend policy.
Refine AI's capacity to interpret financial statements, perform ratio analysis, and assess corporate financial health.
Develop training data covering corporate governance, risk management, and the ethical considerations in corporate finance.
Ideal Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or Master's in Finance preferred.
Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, treasury, or a related role within a large corporation.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
Deep understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial statement analysis.
CFA, CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), or FP&A certification is a significant plus.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial planning software.
