Job Description
The true test of conversational AI lies in its ability to engage in natural, helpful, and coherent multi-turn dialogues. As a Conversation Quality Analyst, you will meticulously evaluate AI-generated conversations, ensuring they flow logically, maintain context, and provide valuable assistance, directly shaping the future of human-AI interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate multi-turn AI conversations for coherence, logical flow, contextual understanding, and naturalness of language.
Assess the helpfulness, accuracy, and completeness of AI responses within a conversational context.
Identify instances where AI loses track of the conversation, provides irrelevant information, or generates repetitive dialogue.
Provide detailed, actionable feedback and evaluations on dialogue management, intent recognition, and response generation.
Develop training data that includes diverse conversational scenarios, user personas, and dialogue strategies.
Ensure AI conversations adhere to specific tone-of-voice guidelines (e.g., empathetic, professional, informal).
Ideal Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills, with a deep understanding of natural human conversation dynamics.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to evaluate complex dialogue flows.
Experience in customer support, content moderation, or linguistic analysis is a plus.
Ability to identify subtle linguistic cues, implied meanings, and conversational breakdowns.
Familiarity with conversational AI concepts, such as dialogue states, intent, and entities.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to apply complex quality rubrics consistently.
