Contract Manager and Negotiation Reviewer
Job Description
Evaluate contract negotiation exchanges using practical redlining experience. Explain whether an edit identifies the right issue, takes a sensible position and changes only what is needed.
What you will do
• Review negotiation transcripts alongside the proposed contract edits.
• Assess the legal and commercial judgment reflected in the redlines.
• Write clear reasons for the assessment and identify missed issues.
Required background
• At least three years directly negotiating and redlining commercial agreements, such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs or vendor/SaaS contracts.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Ability to give precise written judgments about contract changes.
Preferred background
• A JD, LLB or equivalent legal qualification.
• Technology-contract negotiation experience.
• High-volume in-house contracting or fractional-general-counsel experience.
Availability
• Remote, flexible, paid per task.
