Compliance Officer
Job Description
Turn regulatory-compliance practice into cases and assessments for AI. The work tests interpretation, monitoring and escalation decisions, with enough detail to show whether a response would support an effective compliance programme.
What you will do
• Create questions on regulatory interpretation, controls, risk assessments and policy design.
• Develop scenarios involving reporting duties, audits, investigations and ethics programmes.
• Check responses against the applicable framework and explain omissions or incorrect conclusions.
• Calibrate examples and feedback so reviewers can apply the same standards.
Required background
• Experience as a compliance officer, compliance manager or regulatory-compliance practitioner.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law or a related subject.
• Clear analytical writing and detailed knowledge of compliance processes.
Preferred background
• Experience across financial-services, healthcare or corporate regulatory settings.
• Compliance training, policy-development or regulatory-technology work.
• CRCM, CCEP, CAMS, a JD, an MBA or another relevant advanced qualification.
Pay and engagement
$79/hr
All amounts are in USD. The rate, task scope and schedule are agreed before work begins.
