As a Chinese Language Expert, you will be instrumental in refining AI-generated content, ensuring it is accurate, culturally appropriate, and naturally fluent across both Simplified and Traditional Chinese, connecting with billions of speakers.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated Chinese content for grammatical accuracy, character usage (Simplified/Traditional), and natural sentence structure.
Assess AI's understanding of Chinese idioms (成语), cultural references, and appropriate tone for various contexts.
Provide detailed feedback on AI's handling of Chinese semantics, pragmatics, and discourse coherence.
Evaluate linguistic data, focusing on regional variations (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese nuances), formal vs. informal register.
Identify and correct errors in AI's interpretation of complex sentence patterns and common phrases.
Contribute examples of authentic, high-quality Chinese usage to enhance AI's generative capabilities.
Ideal Qualifications
Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK Level 6 equivalent or higher).
Proficiency in both Simplified and Traditional Chinese characters is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Chinese Studies, Translation, or a related field is preferred.
Deep understanding of Chinese grammar, cultural communication norms, and regional variations.
Proven experience in translation, localization, editing, or content creation in Chinese.
