Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated content on organic chemistry, including reaction mechanisms, functional groups, stereochemistry, and retrosynthesis.
Assess AI's understanding of inorganic chemistry, covering coordination compounds, main group elements, and solid-state chemistry.
Provide expert feedback on physical chemistry concepts, such as thermodynamics, kinetics, quantum mechanics, and spectroscopy.
Review and correct AI outputs related to analytical chemistry techniques, including chromatography, mass spectrometry, and titrations.
Create detailed explanations for chemical principles, experimental procedures, and safety protocols.
Formulate challenging chemistry problems that require multi-step reasoning and application of theoretical knowledge.
Ideal Qualifications
PhD or Master's degree in Chemistry or a closely related field.
Comprehensive understanding across organic, inorganic, physical, and analytical chemistry.
Experience in chemical research, teaching, or scientific writing is highly desirable.
Proficiency with chemical drawing software (e.g., ChemDraw) and molecular modeling concepts.
Ability to clearly articulate complex chemical concepts and reaction mechanisms.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to scientific accuracy.
