CGI Video Editor
Job Description
Turn animation and robotics footage into technically consistent video assets for educational media and AI training.
What you will do
• Assemble and edit 3D/CGI footage, incorporating animation, effects and motion graphics where the brief calls for them.
• Combine picture and sound, clean up audio and produce polished audiovisual compositions.
• Manage layered project files and prepare optimized video assets for training datasets.
• Apply review feedback, check final technical quality and document production decisions.
Required background
• A bachelor’s degree in any subject.
Preferred background
• Substantial experience editing CGI or animation-based material.
• Strong command of one or more of Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or Avid Media Composer.
• Visual storytelling, animation, motion graphics and computer-vision knowledge relevant to media.
• Reliable file organization, detailed communication and experience delivering revised multimedia assets to deadline.

Pay and engagement
$23 • $37/hr
