Bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions is an art. For AI to truly empower organizations, it needs to master the precise language of business requirements and process mapping. Your analytical clarity will be the foundation of AI's problem-solving capabilities.
As a Business Analyst contributing to our AI training, you'll be instrumental in teaching AI to understand, interpret, and generate detailed business requirements. You'll create and evaluate training data on process modeling, stakeholder analysis, and functional specifications, transforming AI into an indispensable tool for organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications for AI training.
Evaluate AI-generated process maps (e.g., BPMN diagrams), use cases, and data flow diagrams for accuracy and completeness.
Create training data on effective stakeholder analysis, requirements gathering techniques, and conflict resolution.
Assess AI's understanding of various business domains and its ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Provide detailed feedback on AI's capacity to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Develop scenarios for AI to practice problem-solving in areas like system integration or new feature development.
Ideal Qualifications
3• years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Requirements Engineer.
Proficiency in requirements gathering methodologies (e.g., interviews, workshops, prototyping).
Strong understanding of process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML) and data modeling concepts.
Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
CBAP, CCBA, or similar certification is a plus.
