BigLaw Corporate and Transactions Specialist
Job Description
Apply sophisticated transaction experience to AI examples involving corporate documents and related disputes. Focus on accurate issue spotting, deal interpretation and explanations that preserve legal nuance.
What you will do
• Analyse M&A, private-equity and capital-markets documents and draft representative clauses.
• Research legal questions and assess corporate or commercial-litigation scenarios.
• Annotate issues involving transaction structure, privacy and cross-border work.
• Develop review criteria and refine examples after detailed feedback.
Preferred background
• A US JD and active US bar admission.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 or comparable leading firm, including complex transactions and related litigation.
• Current BigLaw practice or experience within the past three years is especially relevant to corporate-document review.
• Strong deal drafting, M&A/private-equity expertise and careful legal research.
• Experience explaining legal judgments across disciplines or applying review rubrics.
Pay and engagement
$147 • $420/hr
All amounts are in USD. The rate, task scope and schedule are agreed before work begins.
