Job Description
Review bankruptcy documents and create realistic questions, motions or hypothetical cases. Assess model interpretations of procedure and substantive law, identify unsupported conclusions and explain the authority and practical considerations behind a sound answer.
Professional background
The preferred bankruptcy profile includes an accredited US JD, a current US legal license and three to fifteen recent years of hands-on bankruptcy practice. Bring personal responsibility for filings, court work and advice, and explain difficult legal questions clearly. Federal or bankruptcy clerkships, legal teaching, instructional-material development and law-review editorial experience are advantages.
Working arrangements
This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.
Pay
$95 • $160/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
