Job Description
IXO workplace data participation
Contribute authorized footage of varied hands-on work at your business. The recordings help IXO study how real tasks unfold across physical workplaces, and participation requires the independent agreement of each employee being recorded.
Eligible businesses
An owner, partner or co-owner in Latin America, the United States or Canada may participate. The business must have at least two participating employees, with at least ten hours of recording available from each. Obtain workplace recording permission and each employee’s informed agreement before capture.
Relevant settings include construction and trades, repairs, workshops and fabrication, logistics, landscaping and maintenance, cleaning, food preparation, hardware retail, nurseries and similar practical work. The best fit is varied activity throughout the day. Assembly-line or highly repetitive tasks do not fit this collection scope.
Recording work
Employees use their own iPhone or Android phone with an ultra-wide camera and the required motion sensors. Check compatibility, follow the capture protocol, organize files and verify that ordinary work can be recorded safely without interrupting it.
Consent and data handling
IXO will agree which activities may be recorded, how people and private information are protected, and how recordings are submitted and used. Employee consent cannot be replaced by the owner’s permission. Do not upload employee recordings, private records or workplace footage through the application.
Payment
Per accepted data contribution; fee agreed before work, in USD. Compensation depends on the amount and quality of accepted data. The fee, unit, acceptance criteria and recording arrangements must be agreed before any capture begins.
