The fidelity of AI's auditory perception and generation relies entirely on pristine audio data. As an Audio Quality Reviewer, your discerning ear will be critical in ensuring every sound byte, every spoken word, meets the exacting standards required to train world-class AI models.
Key Responsibilities
Listen attentively to vast quantities of audio recordings, meticulously identifying and flagging imperfections such as background noise, clicks, pops, or distortion.
Rate audio samples based on predefined quality metrics, including clarity, naturalness, volume consistency, and absence of artifacts.
Verify the accuracy of speaker identification and emotional tone where applicable, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
Provide detailed, constructive feedback on audio segments that fail to meet quality thresholds, pinpointing specific issues.
Adhere to strict deadlines and maintain high levels of focus during prolonged listening sessions.
Collaborate with audio engineers and project managers to refine quality guidelines and improve overall data integrity.
Ideal Qualifications
Exceptional auditory perception and a keen ear for detail and nuance in sound.
Prior experience in audio quality assurance, sound engineering, music production, or transcription review.
Ability to concentrate for extended periods and maintain consistent judgment.
Familiarity with common audio file formats (WAV, MP3, FLAC) and basic audio terminology.
Reliable high-quality headphones or studio monitors are essential.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
