Key Responsibilities
Create and refine training data that bridges theoretical physics concepts with practical engineering applications.
Evaluate AI models' comprehension of optical phenomena, including wave optics, quantum optics, and laser physics.
Assess the accuracy of AI-generated solutions for acoustic design, noise reduction, and ultrasonic applications.
Develop scenarios and ground truth for AI to analyze material properties, phase transitions, and semiconductor physics.
review complex experimental setups and data from fields like spectroscopy, microscopy, and particle physics.
Provide expert feedback on AI's ability to model and predict behavior in novel physical systems and devices.
Ideal Qualifications
Ph.D. in Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering (with optics/acoustics focus), or Materials Science.
3• years of postdoctoral or industry experience in research and development.
Expertise in at least two of the following: optics, acoustics, condensed matter physics, or plasma physics.
Proficiency with simulation tools (e.g., COMSOL, Zemax, Lumerical) or experimental data analysis platforms (e.g., LabVIEW, Python/SciPy).
Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
Ability to clearly articulate complex physical concepts for AI training.
