Applied Machine Learning Engineer
Job Description
Develop and improve machine-learning models with repeatable data preparation and evaluation.
What you will do
• Build and refine models in Python and suitable ML libraries.
• Use MongoDB to retrieve and manage data for training and validation.
• Integrate preprocessing and data pipelines with training and inference.
• Tune parameters, benchmark performance and investigate weaknesses.
• Document experiments, methods and conclusions so the work can be reproduced.
Preferred background
• Strong Python with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch or equivalent ML frameworks.
• Hands-on MongoDB and practical data preparation/feature engineering.
• Knowledge of model metrics and experience solving real ML problems.
• Cloud or enterprise model deployment and clear technical documentation.

Pay and engagement
$84 • $147/hr
