AI / Emerging Tech Security Analyst
Job Description
The convergence of AI and cybersecurity presents novel challenges and opportunities. As an AI / Emerging Tech Security Analyst, you will be at the forefront, evaluating the security implications of cutting-edge AI systems and emerging technologies, ensuring their safe and responsible deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI outputs related to the security of machine learning models, including adversarial attacks (e.g., poisoning, evasion) and model inversion.
Assess the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated insights on securing AI/ML pipelines, data provenance, and model integrity.
Provide detailed feedback on AI's understanding of privacy-preserving AI techniques (e.g., differential privacy, federated learning) and their security implications.
Develop benchmark scenarios for AI to analyze, covering topics like securing large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and AI in critical infrastructure.
Validate AI's explanations of emerging tech threats, such as quantum computing's impact on cryptography or blockchain security vulnerabilities.
Refine AI's ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with new technologies before they become widespread.
Ideal Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML security or emerging technologies.
Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model architectures, and data science workflows.
Familiarity with common AI/ML security frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATLAS, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) for security analysis.
Ability to research and analyze complex security challenges posed by novel technologies.
