AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analyst
Job Description
As AI rapidly integrates into every facet of life, establishing robust ethical guidelines and regulatory frameworks is paramount. As an AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analyst, you will be at the forefront of shaping AI's understanding of responsible development, ensuring its outputs align with evolving global standards for fairness, transparency, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive training datasets on emerging AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework) and industry best practices.
Create scenarios and provide expert evaluations on ethical AI principles, including bias detection, explainability (XAI), and privacy-preserving AI.
Evaluate AI-generated policy recommendations and compliance strategies for AI systems across various sectors (e.g., healthcare, finance, defense).
Assess AI's understanding of data governance, consent mechanisms, and the implications of GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection laws for AI.
Identify and correct factual inaccuracies or misinterpretations in AI outputs related to AI accountability, auditability, and impact assessments.
Refine AI's ability to analyze and articulate the societal implications of advanced AI technologies, such as deepfakes or autonomous systems.
Ideal Qualifications
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Law, Public Policy, Ethics, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on AI.
Minimum 4 years of experience in AI policy, tech ethics, data governance, or regulatory compliance for emerging technologies.
Deep familiarity with global AI regulatory initiatives and ethical AI frameworks.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex legal and technical concepts.
Experience with risk assessments, impact assessments, or compliance audits for AI/ML systems.
Publications or presentations on AI ethics or policy are highly valued.
