Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Systematically review AI-generated content and decisions for potential biases, discriminatory language, or unfair outcomes.
Assess AI systems for adherence to established ethical guidelines and responsible AI principles (e.g., fairness, accountability, transparency).
Identify and categorize instances of AI exhibiting harmful stereotypes, privacy violations, or misrepresentation.
Provide detailed, constructive feedback to AI developers on how to mitigate ethical risks and improve model alignment.
Develop and refine ethical evaluation rubrics and frameworks for diverse AI applications.
Stay current with evolving discussions and research in AI ethics, societal impact, and regulatory landscapes.
Ideal Qualifications
Strong background in ethics, philosophy, sociology, law, or a related humanities field.
Demonstrated understanding of concepts like algorithmic bias, fairness metrics, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Experience in qualitative analysis and critical evaluation of complex information.
Ability to articulate nuanced ethical dilemmas and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
Familiarity with large language models or other generative AI systems is a plus.
Excellent written communication skills for detailed ethical assessments.
