AI Data Quality Analyst
Job Description
The intelligence of AI is only as good as the data it learns from. As an AI Data Quality Analyst, you will be the guardian of our training datasets, meticulously identifying biases, errors, and inconsistencies to ensure that AI models are built on a foundation of integrity, fairness, and accuracy, preventing the propagation of flawed information.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on large datasets used for AI training, identifying errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
Analyze datasets for potential biases (e.g., gender, racial, cultural) and recommend strategies for mitigation.
Develop and implement data validation rules and quality metrics to ensure adherence to project specifications.
Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to understand data requirements and address quality issues.
Provide detailed feedback and reports on data quality, highlighting areas for improvement in data collection or evaluation processes.
Contribute to the creation of comprehensive data dictionaries and documentation for training datasets.
Ideal Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
2• years of experience in data quality assurance, data analysis, or data governance.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Python with Pandas, SQL, Excel).
Strong understanding of data bias, fairness, and ethical considerations in AI/ML.
Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with machine learning pipelines and the impact of data quality on model performance.
