Job Description
Create agile-delivery scenarios and evaluate the quality of AI facilitation advice. Explain when a theoretically correct intervention would be unhelpful to a real software team.
What you will do
• Write cases covering sprint planning, delivery and retrospectives.
• Create reference answers explaining facilitation and coaching choices.
• Assess output for sound agile practice and awareness of team dynamics.
• Identify advice that ignores impediments, backlog realities or collaboration problems.
Required background
• Two or more years supporting software teams in a scrum-master or agile-delivery leadership role.
• Practical responsibility for all ceremonies, from planning through retrospectives.
• Knowledge of backlog management, impediment removal and team coaching.
• Clear written English and at least 10 hours of availability weekly.
Preferred background
• CSM, PSM or SAFe certification.
• Multi-team coaching or scaled agile experience.
• A development, testing or product-owner background.
Availability
• Remote and asynchronous; minimum 10 hours weekly.
Pay and engagement
$74 • $116/hr
All amounts are in USD. The rate, task scope and schedule are agreed before work begins.
