Job Description

As an Academic Research Reviewer, you will play a pivotal role in training AI to understand, evaluate, and generate content that meets the highest standards of academic rigor, from research design to peer review principles.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated academic papers, research proposals, and literature reviews for scholarly rigor, methodological soundness, and ethical considerations.
Develop comprehensive training data on research methodologies, statistical analysis techniques, and academic writing conventions.
Assess AI's ability to interpret complex scientific data, identify limitations, and draw evidence-based conclusions.
Provide expert feedback on AI outputs related to peer review processes, publication ethics, and citation accuracy.
Create detailed evaluations and critiques for AI to learn from common academic pitfalls, such as logical fallacies or unsupported claims.
Guide AI in understanding the nuances of different academic disciplines and their specific research paradigms.
Ideal Qualifications
Ph.D. in any academic discipline (e.g., STEM, Humanities, Social Sciences).
3• years of experience in academic research, teaching at a university level, or peer review processes.
Demonstrated experience in publishing in peer-reviewed journals or presenting at academic conferences.
Deep understanding of research design, statistical inference, and qualitative/quantitative methodologies.
Exceptional critical thinking skills and the ability to evaluate complex arguments and evidence.
Familiarity with academic databases (e.g., Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar) and citation management tools.
