As a Marketing Instructor contributing to our AI training, you'll be instrumental in shaping how AI understands and communicates marketing knowledge. You'll create and evaluate training data on digital marketing, brand management, consumer behavior, and strategic campaigns, transforming AI into a comprehensive and engaging marketing mentor.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate comprehensive marketing curricula, lesson plans, and case studies for AI training.
Evaluate AI-generated explanations of marketing principles, digital marketing tactics, and brand strategies for accuracy and clarity.
Create structured training data on consumer psychology, market research methodologies, and competitive analysis.
Provide detailed feedback on AI's ability to explain complex marketing concepts at various levels of detail and for different audiences.
Develop scenarios for AI to generate marketing plans, analyze campaign performance, or answer student questions on specific topics.
Evaluate examples of effective and ineffective marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social, email, SEO).
Ideal Qualifications
5• years of experience as a Marketing Instructor, Professor, or Corporate Trainer in marketing.
Master's degree or PhD in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Deep expertise in both traditional and digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
Proven ability to design and deliver engaging educational content and assess learning outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for making complex topics accessible.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics tools is a plus.
